- Europe questioned, major Crisis will start in 2008/ A country snap the door to Europe.. other leaders of the Member States will contest the choking totalitarianism of Brussels.
- The USA will end up signing concrete measures to fight against the reheating of planet, 2009.

I receive many mails from people who get worried : a Mayan prophecy is supposed to bring an end of times on December 21, 2012.
Funny enough we can find so many websites dedicated to the Many propecy : some sell books, others sell survival kits .. countdowns till 21 December 2012! psychose is increasing day after day.
I can only give this answer : as a psychic I keep receiving "visions" and predictions that concern the years 2105 to 2050. If December 2012 was really the end of times, I would not be able to have access to the Akashic Records that concern past, present, future information concerning humanity beyond the year 2012.
There will be no December 21, 2012 end of times .. we shall celebrate New Year 2013 and on..
Nevertheless I would point out that a crucial time will occur as from 2012 to 2018 and on, our leaders will have to make the right decisions for humanity, to save the planet by making the right choices (that are not taken right now and wont be till 2013). The "Masters of the World" will face a major crisis when humans from all the countries will march to put them down, so we can at last share our economy and natural ressources.
Once the first right choice made by a brillant leader has been voted, the world will enter a new era after 2013, although changes wont be merely seen.

An appeal to the United Nations and its agencies to channel available food resources to needy people and not to farm animals. The petition is launched by Jens Holm, Swedish Member of the European Parliament :
Dear Mr. Secretary-General,

In 1996, the “Rome Declaration of World Food Security” reaffirmed “the right of everyone to have access to safe and nutritious food“. The signatories also pledged their political will “to eradicate hunger in all countries.”

In 2008, malnutrition and starvation in many parts of the world are not only increasing but are set to reach new peaks of suffering. Dwindling and wasted crops, soaring prices, unsustainable farming practices are just some of the factors which combine to put vulnerable people at life-threatening risks.

It is not acceptable that even in a grim situation with hunger and malnutrition killing nearly six million children each year, huge percentages of available crops are still being fed to farm animals.

In the name of humanity, a responsible global community can no longer afford to invest 7-16 kg of grain or soya beans, up to 15,500 liters of water, and 323 m2 of grazing land in the production of just one kilo of beef for those with the means to pay for it. More accessible and sustainable avenues to secure food for all are desperately needed.

Unfortunately, even though the experts of the FAO consider 'Livestock a major threat to environment', they merely recommend different farming techniques, some of which entail the risk of damaging an already vulnerable environment even more, perhaps beyond repair.

All hungry people, many million of vegetarians and those looking for wholesome alternatives to destructive traditions have the right to expect from decision makers, governments and international bodies a scientific investigation of all available options, including vegetarianism. This resource- and life-saving lifestyle is worthy of unbiased research and promotional effort, not last because of its potential to decide the raging battle of 'food vs feed' in favour of humanity.

For this reason, we appeal to the United Nations and its agencies to stop ignoring vegetarianism and instead study its multi-faceted benefits, with the aim of incorporating them into future strategies for a world without hunger.

It is a good thing that news can be spread throught the world thanks to the Internet. Our vegan friend Mike Adams, The health Ranger, published this story, shocking and revolting.. The way Canadian /Usa authorities handled the young Canadian couple, Ron and Nadine, and their 6 months old baby because they were entering the USA with some home-made chocolate..
When Ron and Nadine from the Living Libations beauty care and chocolate company (www.LivingLibations.com) attempted to fly to the United States in August of this year, they ran into something completely unexpected: Drug-sniffing dogs at the Toronto airport. When their dogs took a special interest in their raw, unrefined chocolate with hemp seeds and superfood extracts, they were arrested, handcuffed and put through hours of tortuous interrogation. Such begins the journey of Ron and Nadine, the chocolate freedom fighters from Canada.
Accused of trafficking two and a half pounds of hashish (which was really just raw, homemade chocolate), Ron and Nadine were arrested, physically separated into interrogation rooms and handcuffed to chairs. Their six-month old baby was forcibly taken from them, and they were immediately subjected to intense interrogation.
Their chocolate looked suspicious, they were told, because it wasn't in a commercial wrapper. If it's not Hershey's, it must be drugs! An on-the-spot drug test from the NIK company (which makes portable drug testing kits) returned a positive result, the Canadian police claimed, and that's all the evidence they need to arrest anyone.
As you'll learn later, however, it turns out the NIK drug testing kits return false positives nearly 100% of the time if the results are interpreted incorrectly, as they were in this case... (see photos below).

Indian police have raided a clinic where a team of doctors ran an illegal kidney-trading ring - removing kidneys from the poor, often by force, in order to sell them to wealthy locals or foreigners. "We suspect around 400 or 500 kidney transplants were done by these doctors over the last nine years," said Mohinder Lal, the police commissioner of Gurgaon, where the clinic was located. Lal said that four doctors, five nurses, 20 paramedics, 10 pathology clinics, five diagnostic centers and three private hospitals were involved in removing and transplanting the kidneys and covertly caring for many of the donors afterward.
In addition, the medical professionals employed a team of kidney scouts to recruit donors from labor markets. In many cases, poor Indians were offered $1,000 to $2,000 for a kidney, and tested on location by a specially equipped car to see if their kidneys were a match for any prospective clients.
Other donors were promised work, then driven to remote locations where they were held at gunpoint, drugged, and operated on.
Forced donor Naseem Mohammed said he was confined in a room with a number of other people. "When I asked why I had been locked inside, the guards slapped me and said they would shoot me if I asked any more questions. They told us not to speak to each other or we would pay with our lives," he said. Shakeel Ahmed, another forced donor, said the guards told him he would be shot if he ever told anyone what had happened to him. Forced donors were not given any postoperative care or financial reimbursement.
The doctor in charge of the conspiracy has still not been captured. Known as Amit Kumar, this doctor was arrested in 1994 on suspicion of running a kidney transplant ring, but jumped bail and relocated. Apparently tipped off ahead of time, he also fled ahead of the recent raid.
Five foreigners, from Greece and the United States, were discovered in the clinic when it was raided, but were released without charge due to lack of sufficient evidence against them.

Detention on remand terminated for all animal rights activists : On 2nd September the senior public prosecutor surprised in Vienna with a press statement: All 9 remaining animal rights prisoners will be released immediately. Meanwhile the prisoners are already set free. They were received at the prison gates by family members, acquaintances and friends. The press statement by the senior public prosecution office declared that after a discussion with the public prosecutor's office of Wiener Neustadt, that office had been ordered to apply for the immediate release of the animal welfare activists. This instruction was justified with the fear that the duration of the custody would become disproportionate. "A heavy stone has been lifted from my heart and I feel relieved that now finally some move was made" stated Harald Balluch, managing director of the non-governmental organization ASSOCIATION AGAINST ANIMAL FACTORIES. "Since now the detention in remand prison was terminated, one can say that the most severe part of our state of emergency is over.
I want to thank the Ministry of Interior for being open to discussions.
The global demos that were planned to ask for the activists release should target another animal rights issue, should time now allow cancelling.
We do not encourage illegal actions.

Dolly the sheep was the first and most famous animal clone, created back in 1996. Since then, cows, pigs, goats, horses, mice, cats and dogs have also been cloned. So should these animals be used for commercial purposes? Not according to Parliament's Agriculture Committee. In June, they called for an EU ban on the cloning of animals for food. Next week MEPs will question the Commission about the issue during the first September plenary.

The general public first became aware of the cloning with the birth of Dolly - the first cloned animal. But the idea of eating meat or drinking milk from cloned animals is a different issue?

Cloned animals seen in global food chain by 2010

Cloning is not a commercial practice in Europe and as far as we know there are no cloned products in the European food chain, but according to the European Commission, products from clones are "on the verge of widespread commercial use" and are "expected to spread within the global food chain before 2010".

This is an issue of concern for MEPs on the Agriculture Committee. Chairman Neil Parish points to the problems cloned animals suffer. "These animals suffer from many more ailments and generally live far shorter lives. From an agricultural perspective, there are serious questions over the effect of this on the gene pool, making cloned animals far more susceptible to disease." For UK Green Caroline Lucas "the prospect of animals being cloned for food is a hugely worrying one and should be stopped in its tracks."
Commission to be grilled on the issue next week

The committee agreed a series of questions that it will put to the Commission on Tuesday. They are:

Does the Commission share the view that cloning adversely affects animal welfare?
Can the Commission provide long-term animal welfare and health indications for clones and their offspring?
What has the Commission done to date in order to inform consumers and promote public discussion on animal cloning?
Does the European Commission find the cloning of animals and their offspring for food ethically justified?
Does the Commission plan to come forward with concrete proposals to prohibit: animal cloning for food; imports of cloned animals, their offspring and semen; and products from cloned animals or their offspring?

Where do things stand?

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and the US Food and Drug Administration have both said that there is no difference in food safety terms between food products from healthy clones and their progeny and healthy conventionally-bred animals. However the chair of the EFSA's scientific committee warned that there is a shortage of data on animal cloning and the European Group on Ethics is opposed on because of the problems suffered by the cloned animals.

On May 21, 2008, ten arrest and 23 house search warrants were executed in the provinces of Lower Austria, Salzburg, Styria, Tyrol and Vienna and four summonses were served by the police officers on authority of the Regional Court Wiener Neustadt. Therefore, the police officers did not take action of their own accord but on behalf of an independent court. Initial interrogations of the persons affected by these official acts were mostly carried out in the presence of their lawyers. The decision on continuation of detention that was ordered in ten cases rests exclusively with an independent judge rather than the Federal Ministry of the Interior.
The reason why the criminal prosecution authorities took action was that since autumn 2006 attacks and damage to facilities of the clothing, pharmaceutical and food industries as well as a major campaign of anonymous threats against managers and staff of companies of these economic sectors had become more and more frequent. These illegal acts caused a total damage of approx. two million Euro.
The measures taken by the police on behalf of the court and continuously coordinated with the judicial authorities were in no way directed against animal welfare or animal welfare organisations and in no way intend to criminalise the “animal welfare“ issue or its representatives but are exclusively aimed at individual, obviously militant and suspected criminal animal rights activists who got organised to commit criminal offences against persons and property and performed acts of self-justice.
Therefore, the concerns that the provisions of art. 278a Criminal Code are extended to comprise also socio-critical issues cannot be understood. In any event, an independent court will have to decide whether the matter in question meets the prerequisites for constituting this offence.

Some of you will have heard by now about the terrible events in Austria, here the authorities have brutally cracked down on animal rights activists in an attempt to smash the movement there, which has had great success in recent years, including a ban on fur farms, on battery hens and caged rabbit farming.
On May 21st special forces of the Austrian police, many armed, in masks and wearing black clothing, forced entry to 23 homes and offices of animal rights activists across Austria. Ten people are being held in prison accused of "forming a criminal organistation". Several have gone on hunger strike in protest at their detention. At least one activist, Martin Balluch, whom many of you will remember from his time as a campaigner in the UK, is into the second week of the hunger strike, and has vowed to continue until he either receives justification for his detention or he is released. Hessdalen is a small valley in the central part of Norway. At the end of 1981 through 1984, residents of the Valley became concerned and alarmed about strange, unexplained lights that appeared at many locations throughout the Valley. Hundreds of lights were observed. At the peak of activity there were about 20 reports a week.
Project Hessdalen was established in the summer of 1983. A field investigation was carried out between 21.January and 26.February 1984. Fifty-three light observations were made during the field investigation. You may read the details in the technical report. There was an additional field investigation in the winter of 1985. However, no phenomena were seen during the period when the instruments were present.
Lights are still being observed in the Hessdalen Valley, but their frequency has decreased to about 20 observations a year. An automatic measurement station was put up in Hessdalen in August 1998. Both data and alarm-pictures can be viewed on this website.

October 2, 2007 --- All of the dead animals in California are added to the feed of chicken, fish, beef, shrimp, etc.,which we humans eat every day. Virtually all of the animals killed in shelters and veterinary clinics,road kill, medical laboratories, feed lots, deceased wildlife, etc., are sent to one company, West Coast Rendering in Vernon, CA, where they are piled up and left to decompose for days before being “rendered” into a sale-able product.
“Rendering means that these dead animals are cooked in a giant stew pot for an hour, at just above boiling, and then the fat is drained off this soup and put in drums for shipment to cattle feed facilities in California and elsewhere,” said Leo Grillo, founder of the largest care-for-life cat & dog sanctuary in the world, D.E.L.T.A. Rescue, of Glendale, CA, “the rest is ground up into a powder and loaded by tractor into either a container or an open grain truck, which is later used for grain and feed transport.”
“Our D.E.L.T.A. Rescue Humane Investigation Unit followed trucks to American companies where the powder, now called ‘protein meal,’ is added to farm-animal feed. We also followed containers to the ports where they are loaded for shipment to Asia ... to be added to feed for the farmed fish and seafood that comes back to the United States and is sold in our supermarkets. Check the labels of the seafood in the stores: ‘product of Thailand, Vietnam, etc.’”
Los Angeles County has contracted to provide its dead animals to the same rendering plant for decades. Four years ago, when Grillo informed the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors of where their own Los Angeles County Animal Control’s dead animals were going, the Supervisors were divided. Some said that they didn’t know about it, but did nothing; others said that this practice is perfectly legal.
Grillo continued, “What lawmakers need to realize is that these dead bodies, along with all their cancers and other diseases, viruses, veterinary treatments, experimental laboratory drugs, chemotherapies, toxins and bacteria from decomposition, are being fed to us. Yet we still wonder where all OUR cancer is coming from.
And ‘chronic wasting disease’ in deer, which are also rendered, is caused by the same virus as ‘mad cow disease!’ Does that tell you something? And if you’re a vegetarian, don’t think you’re safe: dairy and egg producers eat these same dead animals, and fertilizer used at vegetable farms contains the same ‘animal by-products.’With the rash of food-borne diseases in America lately, it is clear that we are being poisoned by the food we eat.”

Before stocking up on candy this Halloween, you should know that chocolate-maker Mars Inc.—creator of M&M's, Snickers, and other candies—continues to fund deadly animal tests, despite the facts that the tests are not required by law and that more reliable human studies could be used.
Mars has funded cruel experiments in which mice were fed a candy ingredient and forced to swim in a pool of paint. The mice had to find a platform to try to avoid drowning, only to be killed and dissected later. Mars also supported an experiment that involved cramming baby mice into small Plexiglas chambers and then submerging the chambers for nearly five hours in a chilled bath to determine whether a chocolate ingredient affected the mice's breathing rates.
Mars' top competitor, Hershey's, has pledged to PETA that it will not fund or conduct experiments on animals. Please urge Mars to follow Hershey's lead and immediately end all support for animal tests!

The federal Department of Fisheries and Oceans’ Minister Loyola Hearn released a one-year Total Allowable Catch (TAC) that allows 335,000 seals to be killed this year.

The Norwegian Olympic Committee refuses to remove Chinese raccoon-dog fur from its winter team uniforms despite the fact that millions of these animals suffer tormented lives on fur farms.
PETA recently wrote to the committee and enclosed a video containing recent footage from undercover investigations into fur farms in China. Hidden cameras revealed that fur farmers swing raccoon dogs and foxes by their hind legs and smash their heads on the ground, injuring the animals but often leaving them conscious as they are skinned alive. When the fur is finally peeled off over animals' heads, their naked, bloody bodies are thrown onto a pile of those who have gone before them. Some are still alive, breathing in ragged gasps and blinking slowly. Some of the animals' hearts are still beating five to 10 minutes after they are skinned. One investigator recorded a skinned raccoon dog on a heap of carcasses who had enough strength to lift his bloodied head and stare into the camera

In a democratic society, such as our Western World, it's unacceptable that two of those cartoonists had to go into hiding after some calls in which they were threatened by dead. Some Islamic countries, such as Saoudi-Arabia, have already declared that they would boycot Danish wares and goods because of the cartoons. The Danish prime minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen was asked by a number of ambassadors of Islamic countries to undertake measures against Jyllands Posten. Fortunately Rasmussen declared that Denmark is a country in which the freedom of press is a high-valued good. And in the city of Gaza (Palestinia), a number of 15 armed men attacked the office of European Union-embassy. These are all facts that cannot be accepted as a legitime reaction against the cartoons.
Because our Western society, to which Denmark also belongs to, is in danger after those threats of an agressive anti-democratic group of Muslims; this petition has been started to show the sympathy and empathy towards Jyllands Posten and the Danish society in general. Norway's Hå Municipality and Norwegian fur farmers are planning to build a massive fur-farming complex in Rogaland, in the western part of Norway. The complex, which would be the largest in Norway, would house more than 110,000 animals. It would be financed by investments from fur farmers and from the Norwegian government. This is despite the fact that the majority of Norwegians are against fur farming and, according to Norwegian animal rights group NOAH, a Norwegian court has ruled that fur farming is unethical.
